Supply Chain Resilience Strategies for Policymaking during and post COVID-19: A Case Study of the Arab Region

This study addresses a number of objectives for understanding the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the Arab region. These objectives are as follows:

  1. What is the impact of COVID-19 on logistics sector and supply chain in the Arab region?
  2. What are the applicable supply chain resilience strategies during COVID-19?
  3. What are the longer-term implications of the post-COVID-19 supply chain resilience strategies?

Part 1 reviews the logistics and supply chain performance in the Arab region during the pandemic. Part 2 examines the supply chain resilience strategies applied by impacted companies and organizations in the Arab region during COVID-19, using a survey of 100 international companies in 10 Arab countries.
